through a process requiring skill and patience, the fabric earns its name 'khadi' after the soft puffs of organic cotton are converted to thread on a spinning wheel and then woven on a hand operated looms to create a beautifully textured, soft and breathable fabric.
khadi is usually made from natural fibers and dyes in small lots where each piece of fabric has its unique signature.
